Fees and administrative costs in the event of incomplete arbitration

A graded rating scale of costs applies to claims withdrawn at any time during the proceedings before the issue date of the award, either by waiver or settlement.

The rates correspond to 10 stages of case management ranging from service of the claim against the respondent to request for withdrawal just before issue of the award.

These scales apply to all arbitration proceedings, whether in their introductory phase or under arbitration.

The scale comprises two sets of rates: firstly, the percentage rates applicable to cases where claims are withdrawn without further action and, secondly, the percentage rates applicable to cases in which the parties have reached a settlement agreement and wish to have their agreement formalised by an award.
